FAQ
Do you bring your own products?
Texas Touch Cleaning will provide cleaning products to use in your home or office. We do however ask that you provide Grade A (thick) paper towels and trash bags.
Can you use my cleaning products?
We can use clean products that you provide. They must be common household products and approved by one of our management team members first. Please get in contact with our office to make a request
Who will clean my home or office?
Your home or office will have a designated cleaning specialist to fulfill your cleaning needs. All of our cleaners are background checked and trained, giving you piece of mind when you hire us.
We don’t require you to be home, but you can if you’d like! We do request that your home is accessible upon the time of your appointment to avoid any fees.
We love fur babies! We also have chemicals they may be curious of and they sometimes behave differently with others, especially when their parents aren’t home. For your pets safety we ask that they are put in a designated room (not being cleaned) or a crate while we are present.
